My “Tea Time” quilt was created with used tea bag paper as
the background.
I made some photo images
on the tea bag paper for the letters and the
tea strainer.
The lemons are also photo images.
The tea cup and teapot were created by
putting yarn, thread, and roving between two pieces of water soluble stabilizer,
and free motion quilting on top.
I also
created stencils with freezer paper for the leaves on the background, and
binding, which is cheesecloth.
